About the position
The Entry Level Banking Operations Analyst position at Insight Global is a 12-month contract role focused on supporting the Global Network Management team in St. Paul, Minnesota. The analyst will serve as the first point of contact for the Global Custody organization, facilitating the onboarding of clients in trust accounts and managing relationships with various external parties. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel, particularly with v-lookups.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for the Global Custody organization.
- Facilitate the onboarding of clients in trust accounts.
- Manage relationships with external parties including individual holders, investment advisors, and brokers.
- Communicate with business line officers, VPs, and administrative staff during account opening processes.
- Participate in 4 weeks of training to understand operations and responsibilities within the group.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business with 0-2 years of experience.
- Associates degree with equivalent experience in any field.
- Experience in critical thinking and problem solving.
- Proficiency in Excel, particularly with v-lookups.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
