About the position

Behavioral Health Works is a rapidly expanding company dedicated to providing personalized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our mission is to help individuals with Autism improve socially significant behaviors through the principles of Behavior Analysis. We pride ourselves on our team of extensively trained Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who work closely with parents to develop tailored treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each child. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team as part-time Behavior Technicians/RBTs/ABA Therapists. In this role, you will provide evidence-based behavioral therapy to individuals on the autism spectrum, with the support of our Clinical Directors and experienced BCBAs. For those who are not yet registered, we offer RBT training and cover the associated fees, ensuring that you have the necessary skills and credentials to succeed in this rewarding field. Responsibilities

  • Provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy.
  • Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during therapy sessions.
  • Maintain professionalism and a goal-oriented approach in all aspects of work.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Utilize personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle.
  • Exhibit excellent time management skills.
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals to achieve positive outcomes.

Requirements

  • Experience in applied behavior analysis or working with children with autism.
  • Desire to be involved in a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in all aspects of work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle.
  • Strong time management skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience as a Paraprofessional, Caregiver, Youth Coach, or in a related field.
  • Working towards or having completed a degree in Education, Special Education, Psychology, Sociology, Human Development, or Early Childhood Education.
