About the position

At ACES, we are dedicated to supporting children with autism in reaching their full potential. Your primary responsibility will be to reinforce positive behaviors using therapeutic techniques that you will learn through our industry-leading training program. This position is not just a job; it is an opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of children and their families. You will be responsible for tracking client progress and growth by maintaining electronic health data on a company-provided iPad, ensuring that you are actively contributing to the development of each child you work with. Additionally, we provide access to mentorship and progressive career development opportunities, as well as unlimited employee referral bonuses of up to $500 per referral. We also cover the costs for your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and provide paid training while you learn from our best-in-class training team. Most part-time employees qualify for our medical benefits package, which includes medical, dental, and vision coverage. You will also receive a company-issued iPad to support your daily work activities.
