About the position

Eulogia Warehouse Service Inc is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representative to facilitate seamless operations between the warehouse, customers, and truckers. This role is essential for ensuring effective communication and coordination, particularly with clients based in China.

Responsibilities

  • Create Excel reports based on information provided by the Customer Service Manager.
  • Document customer interactions, order details, and relevant information accurately in the system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency in customer service operations.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including the ability to create and read Excel reports.
  • Fluency in both Chinese and English languages is required.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in the apparel industry preferred but not required.
