Responsibilities

• Initiate direct communication with community members to educate them on the goals and mission of our charity partners.
• Collect valuable feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement within our marketing and sales campaigns.
• Attend promotional events on a daily basis to create brand awareness and drive revenue on behalf of the charities we represent.
• Attend training sessions alongside fellow entry level team members to sharpen customer service and sales skills.
• Maintain compliance standards as outlined by our charity partners and our company to ensure the brand is represented in a professional manner.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in customer service, retail sales, hospitality or a related industry is highly desirable.
• Excited to work directly with customers, clients, and teammates.
• Motivated to meet and exceed company sales targets.
• Able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time.
• Able to travel to meet with customers and clients as needed.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
