About the position

As an Entry-Level Civil Engineer at Olsson, you will engage in a variety of routine engineering assignments under direct supervision, contributing to the design of large hyperscale data center campuses. This role emphasizes collaboration, creativity, and the application of engineering principles to develop high-quality solutions that positively impact communities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine engineering assignments under direct supervision.
• Assist in generating ideas and creating designs for engineering projects.
• Collaborate with engineering staff to strengthen knowledge and experience.
• Contribute to the design of critical infrastructure for data center projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Must obtain Engineer Intern (EI) certificate.
• 2+ years of related civil engineering design experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD (Civil 3D is a plus).
