About the position

As an Entry-Level Civil Engineer at Olsson, you will engage in a variety of routine engineering assignments under direct supervision, aimed at enhancing your knowledge and experience in civil engineering. This role involves collaborating with a team to generate ideas and create designs that address engineering and design needs, contributing to the development of critical infrastructure for large hyperscale data center projects across the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine engineering assignments under direct supervision.
• Assist in generating ideas and creating designs for engineering projects.
• Collaborate with team members to provide high-quality engineering solutions.
• Strengthen knowledge and experience with engineering methods and practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Must obtain Engineer Intern (EI) certificate.
• 2+ years of related civil engineering design experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD (Civil 3D is a plus).
