Our Albany, NY office is looking for an Entry Level Civil Engineer who embodies this purpose. As a Staff Engineer at Bohler, you will collaborate with team members to work on challenging land development projects in a fun, fast-paced environment. You will hone your technical site design knowledge and gain hands-on plan preparation experience. Your role will involve designing site plans for some of the most recognizable brand name clients across a wide spectrum of industries. Additionally, you will partner with your manager to tailor your career path towards your vision. Our Learning & Development department facilitates ongoing soft and technical skills training, including individualized AutoCAD training. You will have complete visibility and exposure to all aspects of a project, allowing you to immerse yourself in the design process while working hand-in-hand with team members. Open and transparent communication with senior leadership as well as local office management is encouraged, and team building activities/events foster a collaborative work environment.

Requirements

  • Ability to learn quickly and strong communication skills.
  • Solid work ethic and a passion for design and creative problem-solving.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Nice-to-haves

  • AutoCAD Civil 3D experience is a plus; training will be provided if not available.
