The Entry Level Customer Service and Sales Representative role is designed for individuals eager to support the rollout and promotion of new 5G technology and services. This position focuses on providing exceptional customer service while driving sales and ensuring customers understand the benefits of the products offered. Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a sound understanding of how 5G compares to competitors and all of the services we provide
• Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
• Participate in continuous training opportunities to hone your craft and build leadership skills
• Help customers enjoy the best things about their new products so they are fully knowledgeable and can maximize services
• Communicate and work with other team members/departments, setting goals and deadlines, handling documentation, and updating customer
• Stay informed on the latest telecom industry developments by attending team meetings and training workshops

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in customer support, client services, sales, or telecommunications experience is highly preferred
• Communicate thoughtfully and professionally with the team along with customers and our clients
• Persuasive communicator and good listener with a competitive, goal-oriented nature
• Quick thinker, customer-centric, outgoing, and work well under pressure
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with independent decision making
