Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Assist customers with product/service information, order tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new customer service team members, if required.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Perform general administrative duties as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for customers.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in a customer service or related role is preferred.
