About the position

The entry-level Customer Service Associate will play a crucial role in the Marketing and Customer Service Department, gaining comprehensive training and understanding of the firm's operations. This position focuses on representing clients, managing their brands, and staying informed about competitors, all while contributing to the firm's commitment to growth and opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Track and report daily sales and territory assessments to Senior Management.
  • Participate in weekday meetings to discuss tools and tactics for daily success.
  • Stay current on product knowledge and promotions, as well as competitors' offerings.
  • Travel locally to assigned territories and nationally for conferences and client meetings.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with customers throughout their experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or demonstrated success in a comparable customer-facing position.
  • Strong problem-solving, influence, and negotiation skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service and sales.
  • Comfortable making presentations and interacting with clients and customers regularly.
  • Flexibility with work schedule and ability to travel.
