About the position
The Entry Level Call Center Professional position is designed for individuals with a customer service background who are looking to start their career in a fast-paced call center environment. This role involves handling a high volume of inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting customers with various inquiries, particularly related to credit card activation and information.
Responsibilities
- Properly documenting all calls and information.
- Taking 100 - 150 inbound calls a day from customers.
- Assisting with the activation of credit cards and any credit card inquiries.
- Providing exceptional customer service for each caller.
- Adhering to all guidelines and procedures.
- Providing customers with product and service information.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Must be able to pass the pre-employment background check, which includes a criminal background check.
