About the position

As a Customer Success Specialist at Reynolds and Reynolds, you will provide high-level customer support to approximately 50-70 automotive dealerships. This role involves functioning as a consultant to ensure customers are utilizing the software they purchased to its full potential. You will deliver support both on-site and via video conference, with a majority of your time spent on-site. The position requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level customer support to automotive dealerships.
  • Ensure customers are using the software to its full potential.
  • Deliver both on-site and video conference support to customers.
  • Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years of customer service experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years.
  • Ability to travel (overnight hotel stays) up to 50%.
  • Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.
