About the position

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-level customer support to approximately 50-70 automotive dealerships within a defined area. Your primary responsibility will be to function as a consultant, ensuring that our customers are utilizing the software they purchased to its fullest potential. This involves delivering excellent support for our products, which will require both on-site visits and video conference interactions with customers. It is expected that roughly 80% of your time will be spent on-site at customer locations, while the remaining 20% will be dedicated to video conferencing support. You will be working from a home office and will be equipped with a company car, cell phone, and laptop to facilitate your work. The position requires you to undergo a comprehensive training program, which is paid. This training will include classroom instruction at our offices located in Houston, TX, and Dayton, OH, as well as online courses that will provide you with in-depth product training and essential automotive industry knowledge. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with mentors across the country, allowing you to apply your classroom learning in real-world scenarios.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level customer support to automotive dealerships.
  • Function as a consultant to ensure customers are using the software effectively.
  • Deliver on-site support to customers, approximately 80% of the time.
  • Conduct video conference support for customers, approximately 20% of the time.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Participate in a comprehensive training program to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Self-starter with good time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Valid driver's license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
  • Ability to travel during training (overnight) up to 50%.
  • Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.
