About the position

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will provide high-level customer support to automotive dealerships, ensuring they maximize the use of purchased software. This role involves both on-site and video conference support, with a significant portion of time spent directly with customers. You will work from a home office and receive comprehensive training to prepare you for the position.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level customer support to approximately 50-70 automotive dealerships.
  • Function as a consultant to ensure customers are using the software effectively.
  • Deliver both on-site and video conference support to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Self-starter with good time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Valid driver's license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
  • Ability to travel, with overnight hotel stays, up to 50% during training and approximately 40% after.
