About the position

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-level customer support to approximately 50-70 automotive dealerships within a defined area. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our customers are utilizing the software they purchased to its fullest potential. This position requires you to function as a consultant, offering excellent support for our products. You will engage with customers through both on-site visits and video conferences, with an expected distribution of roughly 80% on-site support and 20% via video conferencing. Working from a home office, you will be equipped with a company car, cell phone, and laptop to facilitate your duties. The role also includes a comprehensive training program that is paid for by the company. This training will consist of classroom instruction at our offices in Houston, TX, and Dayton, OH, along with online courses that will provide you with in-depth product training and automotive industry knowledge. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with mentors across the country, allowing you to apply your classroom knowledge in real-world scenarios. This position is ideal for self-starters who possess strong time management skills and are eager to build strong customer relationships. You will be expected to travel overnight up to 35% of the time, ensuring that you can provide the necessary support to our clients in person when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

  • Ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Valid driver's license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
  • Ability to travel (overnight) up to 35%.
  • Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.
