About the position

As a Customer Success Specialist at Reynolds and Reynolds, you will play a crucial role in providing high-level customer support to approximately 50-70 automotive dealerships within a defined area. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our customers are utilizing the software they have purchased to its fullest potential. This position requires you to function as a consultant, offering excellent support for our products and addressing any inquiries or issues that may arise. You will be expected to provide both on-site and video conference support to customers, with an estimated 80% of your time spent on-site and 20% via video conferencing. Working from a home office, you will be equipped with a company car, cell phone, and laptop computer to facilitate your work. The role demands a self-starter with strong time management skills, as you will need to manage your schedule effectively to meet customer needs. You will also be required to travel, including overnight hotel stays, up to 50% of the time. This position includes a comprehensive training program that consists of classroom instruction at our offices in Houston, TX, and Dayton, OH, as well as online courses that will provide you with in-depth product training and automotive industry knowledge. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with mentors across the country to apply your classroom knowledge in real-world settings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Self-starter with good time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Valid driver's license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
  • Ability to travel (overnight hotel stays) up to 50%.
  • Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.
