As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-level customer support to approximately 50-70 automotive dealerships within a defined area. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our customers are utilizing the software they purchased to its fullest potential. This position requires you to function as a consultant, offering excellent support for our products. You will engage with customers both on-site and through video conferencing, with an expected distribution of roughly 80% on-site support and 20% via video calls. Working from a home office, you will be equipped with a company car, cell phone, and laptop to facilitate your duties. The role involves a significant amount of travel, particularly during the initial training phase, which will include classroom instruction at our offices in Houston, TX, and Dayton, OH, as well as online courses. This intensive training program will provide you with in-depth product knowledge and insights into the automotive industry. Additionally, you will be paired with mentors across the country to help you apply your classroom knowledge in real-world scenarios.
