About the position

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will provide high-level customer support to automotive dealerships, ensuring they maximize the use of the software purchased. This role involves both on-site and video conference support, with a significant portion of time spent directly with customers in their locations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level customer support to approximately 50-70 automotive dealerships.
  • Function as a consultant to ensure customers are using the software effectively.
  • Deliver both on-site and video conference support to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Manage time effectively while working from a home office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Self-starter with good time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Valid driver's license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
  • Ability to travel (overnight hotel stays) up to 25%.
  • Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.
