About the position

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-level customer support to approximately 50-70 automotive dealerships within a defined area. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our customers are utilizing the software they purchased to its fullest potential. This position requires you to function as a consultant, offering excellent support for our products. You will engage with customers both on-site and through video conferencing, with an expected distribution of roughly 80% on-site support and 20% via video calls. Working from a home office, you will be equipped with a company car, cell phone, and laptop to facilitate your work. The role involves a significant amount of travel, particularly during the training phase, which includes classroom instruction at our offices in Houston, TX, and Dayton, OH, as well as online courses. You will receive in-depth product training and automotive industry knowledge, and you will be paired with mentors across the country to apply your classroom knowledge in real-world settings. This position is ideal for self-starters who possess strong time management skills and are eager to build strong customer relationships. You will be expected to manage your time effectively while providing exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level customer support to automotive dealerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Self-starter with good time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Valid driver's license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
  • Ability to travel during training (overnight) up to 50%.
  • Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.
