About The Position

The Entry Level Customer Training Specialist plays a vital role in facilitating customer transitions to the Reynolds and Reynolds software system. This position involves extensive travel, approximately 80% of the time, to provide training and support to customers, ensuring they can effectively utilize the software. The specialist will work closely with dealership management to customize solutions based on their needs and will also support existing customers from a home office when not traveling.

Requirements

• Ability to travel 80% of the time with overnight hotel stays.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Outgoing and friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites for software installation and training, requiring overnight stays.
• Customize software solutions based on dealership management needs.
• Train key dealership personnel on how to use the Reynolds and Reynolds system.
• Support current customers and conduct follow-ups from the home office.
• Prepare for future trips and training sessions.
