Responsibilities
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments to identify weaknesses in networks, systems, and applications.
- Analyze and evaluate security risks and provide recommendations for remediation.
- Develop and maintain reports detailing findings, risks, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to implement solutions and enhance cybersecurity defenses.
- Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Certification in penetration testing and vulnerability assessments, such as CompTIA PenTest+, GIAC Penetration Tester, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), or Certified Penetration Tester (CPT).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in conducting penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.
