About the position

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data within our systems. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our data is accurate and up-to-date, which is essential for the smooth operation of our business. Prior coursework in accounting will be highly valued, as it will help you understand and manage financial data with greater accuracy. In this position, you will input and update data into our database systems with precision, verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure accuracy, and assist with data extraction and reporting as needed. You will also maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information, collaborate with team members to support various data-related tasks and projects, and perform routine data audits to ensure data integrity and compliance. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and enjoys working with data in a supportive and inclusive environment.
