We are looking for a driven and curious client-focused Entry Level Design Architecture Professional to grow with our team in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. As a Design Architecture Professional, you'll be involved in a wide range of activities - from early feasibility studies to the production of detailed design documents and providing technical assistance during construction. In this role, you will support our Jacobs Architecture Subject Matter Experts in developing feasibility studies, concept designs, and master plans. You will need to have excellent BIM skills, including the ability to prepare 3D visualization images to facilitate client decision-making. Additionally, you will be responsible for taking design concepts through to the necessary construction documentation and coordinating with in-house engineering disciplines. Responsibilities

  • Support Jacobs Architecture Subject Matter Experts in developing feasibility studies, concept designs, and master plans.
  • Prepare 3D visualization images to facilitate client decision-making.
  • Take design concepts through to the necessary construction documentation.
  • Coordinate with in-house engineering disciplines.
  • Assist in the production of detailed design documents.
  • Provide technical assistance during construction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher-level degree from an accredited Architecture school.
  • Minimum of 2 years of applicable professional experience.
  • Proficiency in Revit and SketchUp.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Technical knowledge related to the development of construction documents in Revit.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, PowerPoint, and Bluebeam Revu.
  • United States Citizen.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with 3D visualization tools such as Enscape Render.
  • Strong graphic presentation skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications.
  • Construction administration experience.
