Entry Level Design Quality Engineer

About the position

This position is in Orange County, CA and is not remote. Only candidates from Orange County will be considered. The role is for an entry-level mechanical engineer with a focus on the medical device industry. The candidate will be expected to apply their knowledge of engineering principles and medical device regulations in a hands-on environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the medical device industry.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and medical device regulations (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485).
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
