Taylor Lightning Protection is seeking both entry-level trainees and experienced lightning protection installers to join their team. The role involves providing complete turnkey installations of lightning protection and specialty grounding systems across the United States. Responsibilities

• Installation of projects on high roofs and grounding systems.
• Reading construction plans and blueprints.
• Handling and installing lightning protection cable.
• Complying with onsite safety regulations.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Ability to pass a medical exam, including a drug test.
• Must be a licensed driver with a clean Motor Vehicle Report.
• Willingness to travel weekly.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
• Comfortable working on ladders and roofs.
• Honest, hardworking, and enjoy working outdoors.

Nice-to-haves

• Construction or Electrician experience is a plus.
