Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct all work activities with safety as their priority.
• Observe and be knowledgeable of all safety regulations and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and orderly working environment.
• Assist lead men in completing necessary repairs to equipment per trade.
• Build skills and comprehension in established trade.
• Retain repair procedures and apply to future repairs.
• Understand and apply quality control measures.
• Show interest in other trades.
• Read and understand blueprints at an entry level.
• Show professionalism.
• Have good internal communication skills with supervisors, leads, and peers.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
