As a Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting top talent and supporting HR operations. This position involves recruiting, employee engagement, and HR administration, ensuring that employees are engaged and thriving in a positive work environment. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team leads to craft compelling job descriptions and candidate profiles.
  • Manage job postings across various platforms to ensure visibility and engagement from potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to identify the best talent.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new hires.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and feedback.
  • Assist in planning and organizing team-building activities and employee recognition programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases.
  • Assist with ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making processes.
  • Process payroll accurately and support other HR functions.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Paylocity systems is a plus.
  • Passion for recruitment and employee engagement.
