Entry Level HVAC Technician - Preventative Maintenance

About the position

Pearce is seeking an Entry Level HVAC Technician - Preventative Maintenance to join our team for performing preventative maintenance (PM's) servicing on commercial HVAC package units on cell phone tower sites. This is a fast-paced and rewarding job that is best suited for individuals who are responsible, self-directed, highly motivated, willing to travel, and looking to learn and grow in the Telecom industry. This is a regional position. Candidates should reside in the Cleveland, Ohio area.

Responsibilities

• Perform all work in a safe manner in accordance with OSHA, company and industry standards
• Work independently with minimal supervision in an efficient process
• Conduct performance checks and regular preventative maintenance
• Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports
• Drive to remote work sites
• Minimum of 30 preventative maintenances (PM'S) to be completed weekly
• Maintain a company vehicle according to company policies, which will include maintaining vehicle records, ensuring regular maintenance is performed at appropriate times, and the vehicle is always kept clean and in safe working condition

Requirements

• No previous experience required
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email
• Must have a valid driver's license for at least a year with an acceptable driving record
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
