About the position

We are seeking a motivated, entry-level outside sales representative to join our growing wholesale tool company. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kick-start their career in Business-to-Business sales, with mentoring available for new employees.

Responsibilities

• Grow current customers' sales volume.
• Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and turn them into customers.
• Overnight travels, utilizing company car.
• Attend trade shows (may include weekends).
• Utilize sales platforms such as Sage 50, Excel, and Word.
• Perform some manual labor, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of Spanish is a bonus.
• Previous experience in sales or account management is a plus.
• Knowledge of outside sales and business development principles.
