About the position
The Entry Level Manager position is designed for individuals seeking to start their careers in management and sales. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships through personal engagement and effective communication. The company provides comprehensive training from day one, ensuring that even those without prior experience in sales can succeed. The Entry Level Manager will lead a team in delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences while adhering to client guidelines and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Managing a list of client-provided leads through creating relationships, educating, and informing on client products and services.
- Following all client compliance and guidelines when interacting with customers.
- Recommending products and services that may be a fit for the needs of certain customers.
- Closing sales and ensuring the customer is fully informed on what they are receiving from the client.
- Keeping a detailed account of all customer interactions and their outcomes so that our clients may keep customer records up to date.
- Working with other Entry Level Managers as well as our leadership team in order to master the position.
- Assisting with the training of newer Entry Level Managers as well as any other responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working in a customer service, hospitality, sales, or retail environment.
- Outstanding communication skills or a desire to better communication skills.
- A mentality of a student in order to receive hands-on teaching and training.
- A competitive edge and self-motivation to push beyond expectations.
Nice-to-haves
- A higher education degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field is a plus.
