Responsibilities

  • Deliver public marketing presentations to potential customers and educate them on the benefits of our client's products, services, and promotions.
  • Increase customer satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional customer service and a personalized purchasing experience.
  • Identify potential customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and customize sales purchases accordingly.
  • Utilize product market knowledge, competitive pricing, and market research to upsell products and services.
  • Ensure accurate recording of customer contact information, installation dates, and sales packages.
  • Collaborate with team members to strategize effective sales techniques that enhance customer engagement.
  • Maintain current knowledge of products, services, promotions, and sales targets through training and conference calls.
  • Work with Sales Executives and senior Customer Service team members to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualifications required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing, Management, Entrepreneurship, Communications or related fields preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Promotions, Customer Service, or related fields preferred.
  • Reliable transportation to on-site location.
