We're seeking an Entry Level Operations Analyst to join our stellar team. You will have the opportunity to join a team of Operations professionals focused on providing best-in-class service to our clients as part of our outsourcing business. In this role, you will have an opportunity to be the primary service provider for a defined scope of reconciliation and control-based tasks. Participate in dynamic client-facing and internal initiatives that drive operational efficiencies and ensure the highest level of client satisfaction, which is the hallmark of Broadridge. We are made up of high-performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and will work both on-site and remote. You will have the opportunity to work with internal and external systems to execute daily deliverables for various clients. Your core role will focus on cash and securities balancing, depository, banking, and firm account reconciliations as well as in the participation in various projects for the OCD department including, but not limited to, client onboarding, internal/external audit requests. Occasionally, you will be interfacing and supporting clients directly.

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily deliverables for various clients using internal and external systems.
  • Focus on cash and securities balancing, depository, banking, and firm account reconciliations.
  • Participate in various projects for the OCD department, including client onboarding and internal/external audit requests.
  • Interface and support clients directly as needed.

Requirements

  • Solid MS Office experience, particularly with MS Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a larger group.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.
  • High level of comfort with emerging technologies.
  • Ability to interact and support clients effectively.
  • Strong written and organizational skills.
  • Experience working in a corporate environment is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus.
