The Entry-level Outside Fiber Marketing Coordinator at Value Vortex is a full-time role focused on direct, in-field marketing of fiber optic internet solutions. The role involves canvassing neighborhoods, educating potential customers, and building relationships to promote the company's innovative internet services. Responsibilities

  • Strategically canvass residential neighborhoods door to door to introduce and market Fiber Optic Internet solutions.
  • Educate potential customers on the benefits and cost-efficiency of switching from traditional cable internet to advanced Fiber internet service.
  • Build trust and form new customer relationships right from their doorstep, representing the brand positively and professionally.
  • Memorize, rehearse, and deliver sales scripts that effectively communicate the product's value to a diverse audience.
  • Collect feedback and data from prospects and customers to enhance future marketing strategies and product developments.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets by executing planned marketing strategies efficiently.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product enhancements and sales tactics.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and other marketing activities.
  • Continuously seek creative ways to optimize engagement and penetration of the fiber optic internet service in served neighborhoods.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes with a commitment to quality service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; experience in Marketing, Sales, or related field is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel to new cities and states for marketing campaigns and customer outreach.
  • Availability of a working, reliable vehicle and possession of a valid driver's license for daily transportation needs.
  • Ability to memorize and deliver a script accurately to ensure message consistency and effectiveness.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on engaging customers directly at their homes and building rapport.
  • A strong determination to meet and exceed predetermined production quotas through effective sales strategies and persistence.
  • Capacity to stand and walk for extended periods during field assignments, frequently outdoors, under varying weather conditions.
  • Proven track record of being dependable, punctual, and committed to a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by marketing campaign schedules.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
