Responsibilities

  • Visit neighborhoods to introduce Fiber Optic Internet service directly to residents.
  • Clearly explain the advantages of fiber internet, highlighting benefits and cost savings compared to traditional cable.
  • Establish connections with potential customers, ensuring a positive representation of the company.
  • Memorize and deliver sales pitches that effectively communicate product benefits.
  • Capture valuable feedback from potential customers to guide future marketing efforts.
  • Consistently reach and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets through targeted marketing strategies.
  • Participate in training and team meetings to stay informed on product improvements and sales techniques.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and customer data for reporting purposes.
  • Think of new ways to increase visibility and interest in fiber optic services within assigned neighborhoods.
  • Follow company policies and uphold high customer service standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; experience in Marketing and/or Sales not required.
  • Willingness to travel to new cities and states for marketing campaigns.
  • Possession of a working, reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to memorize and deliver a script accurately.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for engaging customers directly.
  • Strong determination to meet and exceed production quotas through effective sales strategies.
  • Capacity to stand and walk for extended periods during field assignments, frequently outdoors.
  • Proven track record of being dependable, punctual, and customer-oriented.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Benefits

  • Competitive annual earnings between $75,000 and $95,000, including performance incentives.
