About the position

The Entry-Level Outside Sales Representative at All Pro Building Maintenance is responsible for promoting and selling the company's janitorial services in the Pacific Northwest. This role involves traveling to service areas, making outbound sales calls, and building strong relationships with customers to increase the company's client base and service offerings.

Responsibilities

• Travel to service areas to represent the company and achieve assigned sales goals.
• Make outbound calls to sell the company's services.
• Maintain a professional company image during all interactions.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales performance.
• Monitor market conditions in relation to competitors.
• Build strong and successful relationships with customers.
• Increase the customer base of corporate buildings and commercial properties.
• Maintain and service new accounts by offering additional services.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a sales representative in the janitorial or service industry preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and rapport-building abilities.
• Great persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proficient in technology and dealing with equipment and software.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
