About the position
Ultimate Staffing is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join a leading Semiconductor company located in Morgan Hill, CA. The working hours for this role are from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM, with the possibility of overtime on weekends, so candidates must be willing to work additional hours when needed. The pay for this position is set at $22.00 per hour, and candidates will be required to undergo a background check and drug test before employment begins. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating various assembly and test equipment used in the backend assembly of semiconductor components. This role requires excellent attendance and good communication skills, as you will be working with small pieces and utilizing a microscope for inspection. The position involves several specific responsibilities, including die attach, wire bonding, sealing, laser marking, RF testing, packaging, and tape & reel operations. You will also be tasked with loading and unloading equipment, running production equipment, and performing microscope inspections. Lifting may also be a part of the job, so candidates should be prepared for some physical demands.
Responsibilities
- Operates Assembly and Test Equipment used in the Backend Assembly of Semiconductor components.
- Performs die attach, wire bonding, sealing, laser marking, RF testing, packaging, and tape & reel operations.
- Loads and unloads equipment as necessary.
- Operates and runs production equipment efficiently.
- Conducts microscope inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Lifts materials and equipment as required.
