As an Entry Level Maintenance Repair Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing dependable maintenance and repair services to our residents and customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs or installations, as well as changing HVAC filters and performing janitorial duties. Your ability to troubleshoot and repair using basic knowledge will be essential, and you will be expected to interpret maintenance work orders and utilize time clock applications effectively. Customer service is a key component of this role, as you will be interacting with residents while performing technical duties. Responsibilities

  • Assist in residential painting projects

  • Support and assist in all maintenance repair activities

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English for effective communication
  • Basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry knowledge is preferred but training is available
  • Willingness to work under supervision and follow instructions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • 1 year of maintenance experience is required
  • Valid Driver's License is preferred
