About the position

As an Entry Level Real Estate Agent, you will assist clients in buying and selling properties, leveraging your knowledge of the local market and negotiation skills. This role emphasizes proactive client relationship management and transaction coordination, with opportunities for both part-time and full-time work in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions.
• Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property values.
• Create and manage property listings on various platforms, ensuring accurate and appealing descriptions and photos.
• Provide expert advice to clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
• Arrange and conduct property showings, open houses, and tours for potential buyers and renters.
• Negotiate purchase agreements, contracts, and terms of sale to ensure favorable outcomes for clients.
• Prepare necessary documents such as purchase agreements, contracts, and leases.
• Build and maintain a network of contacts, including mortgage lenders, contractors, and inspectors.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and promote listings.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive client experience throughout the transaction process.
• Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all transactions.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid real estate license in Washington State.
• Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in using real estate software and MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with local real estate markets and neighborhoods.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate is a plus.
