About the position

The Entry-Level Real Estate Photographer / Media Specialist at Real Focused Media is a part-time role focused on capturing high-quality photos and videos of residential and commercial properties. The position emphasizes building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional media content while providing a flexible work schedule and comprehensive training. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, sociable, and willing to learn, contributing to a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Strengthen client relationships by demonstrating accountability and maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Oversee and deliver all listing solutions from start to finish including photo, video, drone, 3D services, and floorplans.
  • Capture stunning photos of residential and commercial properties.
  • Deliver media content in a timely and consistent manner.
  • Work closely with the editing team to ensure top-quality output.
  • Build strong rapport with real estate agents and maintain positive relationships.
  • Be a welcoming, enthusiastic presence on-site, representing Real Focused Media with a smile.
  • Identify and determine the best creative solutions while completing services and offer creative consultations.
  • Communicate vision and expectations to clients on-site and remotely.
  • Maintain responsive and consistent communication with our team and clients.
  • Prepare, maintain, and manage company equipment while staying highly organized.
  • Maintain calendar accuracy for time-tracking purposes and consistency.
  • Travel to and from scheduled shoots in a timely manner while driving safely.
  • Communicate any applicable field notes to respective team members.
  • Operate effectively within a team environment and individually.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (vehicle 2014 or newer).
  • Basic photography skills or willingness to learn (training provided).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Tech-savvy with access to a computer and high-speed internet for uploading photos.
  • Access to an iPhone 15 or greater for recording video and uploading to your computer.
  • Ability to travel within a 40-mile radius of Spokane.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the service industry (like serving, bartending, or hospitality).
  • FAA Part 107 Drone License (must be completed within 10 days of hire).
