Responsibilities

• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments.
• Conduct property showings and open houses to attract potential buyers.
• Engage in buyer and seller consultations.
• Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers and buyers.
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions and weekly trainings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer/client relationship management experience.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in the real estate industry and a commitment to continual learning and growth.
• Organizational skills and time management abilities.
