No prior real estate license is required, but candidates should be in the process of obtaining one or willing to do so. The team emphasizes a tech-savvy approach, providing leads, comprehensive training, mentorship, and support to help new agents achieve 2+ transactions per month. The role is designed for high achievers who are hungry for success, regardless of their background or experience.

Responsibilities

• Convert Prospecting and Lead Generation Activities to Appointments
• Conduct Property Showings and Open Houses to Attract Potential Buyers
• Engage in Buyer and Seller Consultations
• Negotiate Offers on Behalf of Sellers and Buyers
• Participate in Weekly Script Practice Per Team Standards
• Commit to Weekly 1:1 Coaching Sessions and Weekly Trainings
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service

Requirements

• Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Customer/Client Relationship Management
• Willingness to Work Flexible Hours, Including Weekends and Evenings
• Ability to Work with a Team as well as Independently
• Interest in the Real Estate Industry, Continually Learning and Growing
• Organized
