About The Position

As a recruiter for Total Quality Logistics (TQL), you will be responsible for managing the entire candidate search process while collaborating closely with your dedicated on-site hiring manager. This role focuses on sourcing and recruiting top sales talent across the nation, emphasizing urgency and results-driven performance.

Requirements

• Recruiting experience preferred, but no experience required - we provide paid training and an elite mentoring program
• Thrive in a metrics-driven environment
• Experience sourcing talent and driving applications through phone calls

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in recruiting top sales talent in your region
• Source candidates on job boards, through referrals, social media, and campus recruiting events
• Manage the entire recruiting life cycle, from initial conversation through onboarding
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with your hiring managers, peers, and recruiting leadership
