Responsibilities
- Identify potential growth opportunities with companies.
- Establish and grow relationships with clients.
- Explain services to clients and negotiate contract terms.
- Maintain communication with companies throughout the interviewing and hiring process.
- Perform outbound activities to source clients and candidates.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
- Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.
- Highly proactive and internally driven.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Effective negotiation skills.
- A degree is preferred but not required.
