The Entry-Level Recruiter at Ally Behavior Centers plays a crucial role in supporting the hiring process for both clinical and administrative positions across multiple locations. This position is designed for a motivated self-starter who will assist the Talent Acquisition Manager in implementing recruitment strategies to enhance applicant volume and quality. The role emphasizes creating a positive company culture and providing professional growth opportunities for team members, all while maintaining high-quality standards in a fun and engaging work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, training, developing, and retaining therapists.
• Support recruitment efforts for Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Psychologists.
• Facilitate the building of a purpose-driven culture aligned with the company's mission and values.
• Implement recruitment strategies to maximize applicant volume and improve applicant quality.
• Contribute to creating an exceptional company culture.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in human capital management, recruiting, human resources, or consulting.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Maryland, Virginia, and the Washington DC Metropolitan area.
• Must pass MD/VA state and FBI background checks.
