About the position

The Entry Level Recruiter position at gpac is designed for motivated individuals looking to start a career in recruitment. This role involves building strategic partnerships with companies to help them fill critical roles and assisting candidates in finding their ideal positions. The position offers extensive training and coaching, making it suitable for those without prior recruiting experience. Recruiters will work in a fast-paced environment with significant earning potential, driven by commission.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential growth opportunities with companies.
• Establish and grow relationships with clients.
• Explain services to clients and negotiate contract terms.
• Maintain communication with companies throughout the interviewing and hiring process.
• Perform outbound activities to source clients and candidates.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
• Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.
• Highly proactive and internally driven.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Effective negotiation skills.
• A degree is preferred but not required.
