In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process by identifying and attracting top talent for various positions within the organization. Responsibilities
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Conduct cold calling to engage potential candidates and promote job opportunities.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems such as iCIMS and Taleo to manage candidate applications and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in campus recruitment initiatives to attract new graduates for entry-level positions.
- Support internal recruiting efforts by sourcing candidates from within the organization.
- Conduct employee evaluations to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Stay informed about employment labor laws to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- 1 year of recruiting experience is required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to build rapport with candidates.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software such as iCIMS or Taleo is advantageous but not required.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques and best practices in recruitment.
- Experience or knowledge of executive recruiting processes is a plus.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn about various aspects of human resources.
