In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process by identifying and attracting top talent for various positions within the organization. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Conduct cold calling to engage potential candidates and promote job opportunities.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems such as iCIMS and Taleo to manage candidate applications and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in campus recruitment initiatives to attract new graduates for entry-level positions.
  • Support internal recruiting efforts by sourcing candidates from within the organization.
  • Conduct employee evaluations to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  • Stay informed about employment labor laws to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • 1 year of recruiting experience is required.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to build rapport with candidates.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software such as iCIMS or Taleo is advantageous but not required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques and best practices in recruitment.
  • Experience or knowledge of executive recruiting processes is a plus.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn about various aspects of human resources.
