This is a fully remote position that presents a challenging and fast-paced role where the Remote Hospital Recruiter will direct recruiting strategy, develop employment marketing materials, conduct interviews with healthcare professionals, and interact with hospital clients across multiple states. The recruiter will specialize in filling employment needs in Nursing Management, Advanced Practice Nursing, and specialized nursing roles throughout the entire country. This full cycle recruiting role provides the opportunity to participate in various aspects of the job, including new business development, management of existing accounts, marketing and advertising, recruiting, candidate development, and hands-on client consulting. Responsibilities
