ION Solar is seeking dynamic and driven individuals for an Entry Level Sales and Marketing position. This role focuses on door-to-door canvassing to generate leads for solar energy solutions, providing an opportunity for individuals to maximize their professional impact and earning potential through hands-on training and mentorship. The position offers a commission-only pay structure with uncapped earnings, making it ideal for self-motivated individuals with a passion for sales and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers through door-to-door canvassing to generate solar leads.
• Answer questions from potential customers about solar energy solutions.
• Set up appointments for the closing team.
• Acquire energy bills from prospective clients to facilitate proposals.
• Generate proposals and assist in closing deals during the installation process.

Requirements

• Driver's License is required.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Self-motivated and driven individual.
• Willingness to canvass neighborhoods for new solar leads.
• Ability to attend all team meetings and training sessions.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in door-to-door sales or canvassing is preferred but not required.
• Coachable and a team player.
