• Work exclusively with new and existing customers to manage their accounts and promote new services.

• Exceed all standards of the client, customer service, and sales department by handling customer questions and providing detailed information on products and services.
• Secure agreements with key decision makers to grow the client’s customer base and increase ROI for the company.
• Maintain a positive and professional customer experience by building exceptional rapport.
• Assist other departments and team members to expand the customer base, client territory, and personal skill development.

Requirements

• Prior working experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership roles are a bonus.
